work well with Win10 build 1709 as I've done several. I have my Sticky Notes.snt file but no matter how long I have been finding and trying, all the procedures available only worked in the version before the Windows 10 build 1803, I even tried with many computers the very same procedure (all with build 1803), but it does not longer work, what only gets is that new stickynote with the welcome message. VERY IMPORTANT: On your Windows 10 PC, Reset the Sticky Notes application to factory settings, otherwise the import process will not work. notepad, but it will be really difficult to restore close to a hundred of notes in such messed up format. The Sticky Notes app has been a part of Windows since before Windows 7. while I haven't found the answer its just an example of the user coming in last, I recently did a fresh installation of my windows (build 1803 re-installation), and instead of backing up the .sqlite file for the sticky notes, I backed up the StickyNotes.snt file found in %AppData%\Microsoft\Sticky Notes.
