I am brand new to Aveda products and their shops, but I can say from this one in store experience and what I've seen from the products so far, I am pretty sold.
I made my appt and they set me up with Emily. Schedule Online. I had been going here for years but the customer service has gone downhill. Sadly, I broke out after the facial, and I don't know if it was because of that or because of my own skin. Convenient and hassle free. The people who do those services are extremely nice and I love the ambient music they play in the store.I would give this store a perfect score, however a few times I've come in there and the surliest guy has been my cashier. Asanda Aveda Spa Lounge will take you from a wash to a whole new style. If I like this new sample, I will definitely not be purchasing from this location.

Horrible customer service. The sales people that greeted me were so incredibly kind and helpful and lovely. We'd love to chat with you to get more details on what happened. Finally the aesthetician was ready and sat me down on an incredibly uncomfortable wooden chair. Ended up walking out with a few travel sizes of shampure, which I love and am pretty sold on buying full sized soon, and also a scalp treatment for when I got through those dry phases.
