zucchini leaves turning light green

I've already harvested 3 fully healthy, dark green Zucchini, and one of the photos I'm posting show's another that's about to be harvested (a little over 7 inches). My zucchini plants were growing fine until I noticed the bigger leaves started to turn a pale color. Have always had dark green leaves. I just posted on your other thread. If the leaves of your cannabis plant are turning a pale or light green color it might be because it is being over watered.

Can anyone help me identify what is happening with my zucchini plants. And slowly but consistently the leaves have really taken on a yellowish-green, to the point where the entire plant a really, really pale green and very unhealthy looking.
