TITLE Boxing Club Rockville is a fitness center that offers a combination of boxing and kickboxing classes for all fitness levels. It does cater to the 90%. :). There are better boxing gyms and forms of cardio in tampa. Negatives: The heavy bags are too close together. They're all really encouraging and usually, they have one or two people walking around to help you with your form or to let you punch hand/body pads. Extremely disappointed in my experience with this place. Wow.
